Roleplayverse is a community platform for original characters, fictional universes, collaborative storytelling, and roleplay. By creating an account or using the available features, you agree to the following conditions.
Registration & Manual Approval
Contact an administrator before submitting a registration request. Registration is restricted and subject to manual verification. Submitting the form does not automatically grant access, even if you receive a confirmation message.
New accounts remain inactive until an administrator approves them. Administrators may request information needed to verify the applicant, decline a request, or revoke approval when necessary to protect the community. Provide accurate account information and do not attempt to bypass the approval process or use someone else's account.

Community Conduct
Treat other members and creators with respect. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access, doxxing, and the distribution of malicious content are not permitted. Do not use the platform to exploit minors, circulate non-consensual intimate material, or violate applicable law.
Roleplay is fictional and may involve conflict between characters. Fictional conflict does not justify harassment of the real people behind those characters. Respect other members' boundaries and consent.
Characters, Stories & Creative Works
You are responsible for the characters, stories, images, descriptions, and other material you upload. Only share content you own or are permitted to use. Credit original creators and sources where appropriate, including faceclaims, fan art, and other third-party assets.
You retain your rights to your original work. By publishing it here, you permit Roleplayverse to host, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the platform and its features. This permission is not a transfer of ownership.
Do not falsely claim authorship, overwrite another creator's established character information without authorization, or disclose unpublished story information in ways that disregard spoiler settings and creator preferences.
Character AI & Chat with Character
Character AI is an optional feature available only for eligible characters when enabled by an authorized creator or administrator. A character's profile must meet the platform's readiness requirements, and AI access may be disabled at any time.
AI responses are generated fiction, not canonical statements by the character's author. They may contain inaccuracies, contradictory details, inappropriate assumptions, or incomplete responses. Official character and story information takes precedence unless a creator explicitly adopts an AI-generated detail.
Chat messages may be stored to maintain conversations and processed through a separate inference server to generate character responses. Do not submit passwords, private personal information, or material you are not authorized to share. Do not attempt to exploit the AI service, bypass its access controls, or use it to harass other users.
AI response language, availability, response time, and usage limits may vary by character or server capacity. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service or any specific narrative outcome.
Ratings & Fair Use
Ratings, favorites, rankings, and community activity features should reflect genuine participation. Manipulating scores, coordinating abusive rating campaigns, creating duplicate accounts to influence results, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities is prohibited. Published rankings and scores may change as new activity is recorded.
Account Security & Data
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activities under your account. Contact an administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. The platform uses account details, submitted content, activity data, and relevant chat messages to provide its services. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in publicly visible profiles or AI chats.
For questions about account information, content correction, or removal requests, contact the administrators. Some information may need to be retained where necessary for security, technical operation, or legal obligations.
Moderation & Account Restrictions
Administrators and moderators may review reported content, correct or remove material, disable features, restrict accounts, or deny access when community rules are violated or platform integrity is at risk. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. You may contact the administrators to request clarification or a review.
Service Availability & Changes
Roleplayverse is maintained as a creative community project. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued, and maintenance or technical limitations may interrupt access. We may revise these terms and publish an updated version on this page. Review the latest version when continuing to use the service.
